PM41125: Finding a baseline used in Project Grouping in a DCM database does not work

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Performing a find use on a baseline in project groupings in a
  DCM database incorrectly returns an empty set when the project
  grouping was created in the current database.
  
  However, performing a find use on a baseline in project
  groupings in a DCM database returns correct results when the
  baseline is from another database.
  
  This does not impact non-DCM databases.
