APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When special.default.content.mode is enabled in the WCI and a
  Site Area contains a Content Link to the Site Area's default
  Content and a WCI item specifying a delete of the Site Area is
  processed the delete will fail with the following message:
  
  I preserveDefaultContentLink: Preserving [LINK_NAME]. Default
  content link for Parent [PARENT_NAME]
  E   Errors were encountered when attempting to delete
  [PARENT_ID]
  
  In this case the link should not be preserved and the delete
  should succeed.
  

Local fix

• Unset the default content then delete the site area.
