• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For indexed records, the set file position statement was not
  being used when followed by a 'get previous' for the same file.
  
  Instead the last record in the file was being returned instead
  of the record associated with the key in the set position.

  When a get previous was being used, if the record was used
  in a set scan statement, it was not checking the flag to see
  if the conditions were correct for the read.
  

Problem conclusion

• The template code has been updated to check the scan
  condition when a get previous is being issued. A fixtest is
  available.
