  Incorrect behavior when trying to delete an event reception from
  a checked out class.
  
  Description:

  In the attached project, we have 3 classes (class_0, class_1 and
  class_2) and one event (event_3). Next, we have a reception for
  the same event in each class. Also, each class is an individual
  unit.
  
  Now say we check out class_0.cls to remove the reception for
  event_3. After a successful check out when we try to delete the
  event reception, Rhapsody reports an error informing that there
  are read only references of the reception in class_1 and class_2
  and does not delete the reception. This means if we have a lot
  of classes receiving a same event, we would have to check out
  all the classes.
  
  Though we can ignore the references in the read-only files and
  continue, the error message show is not correct as the classes
  are not related to each other and different classes can have the
  same reception without making them interdependent.
  
  Attached is a video capture that demonstrates the reported
  behavior.
