  the services layer was looking for a 64bit binary based on
  the architecture returned by system calls.  There is not a
  64bit ppc specific binary.  As such, there was a file not
  found error returned.
  

Problem conclusion

• We needed to add a mapped value so that the services layer
  chooses the 32bit ppc version to run under AIX-ppc64
