PM40394: Remove 'attach report' in email options within Event Studio

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has a security requirement not to attach reports during
  emails sent from Cognos. Event Studio doesn't seem to be an
  option to remove the 'attach report' button.??  Client would
  like the ability to only send the link to a report and have the
  option to attach reports, removed. SO NO ONE CAN EVER SEND
  REPORTS via email.
