PM40272: SWT Tree expand operation doesnt show up the children of the tree node

Error description

• SWT tree expand operation doesn't show up the child nodes of the
  expanded node even though the arrow shows the node is already
  expanded

  setExpanded() API was not showing the child nodes inspite of
  the arrow image showing that the tree is expanded. We need
  to pass the appropriate event as well to expand the node
  completely.
  

Problem conclusion

• Passing the appropriate SWT.Expand/SWT.Collapse events to
  the tree control resolves the issue.
