PM40169: BREADCRUMBS (IN ANALYSIS STUDIO): NO INDENTATION IN EXCEL OUTPUTS (WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE LEVELS OF NESTING IN CROSSTAB)

Error description

• There is no indentation displayed in the Breadcrumb when there
  are multiple levels of nesting of Columns (or Rows) in the
  crosstab.??Due to another design limitation with Breadcrumbs;
  when there are also multiple values selected and multiple levels
  of nesting, the values themselves are not displayed (just the
  level is).??Despite the limitation, it can be extremely
  difficult to read the Breadcrumb when there is nesting in the
  crosstab.??This problem seems to only affect Excel outputs (i.e.
  HTML looks OK).?CSV does not support Breadcrumbs (as, generally
  for CSV; it is simple output format that does not have
  formatting characteristics).
