PM39898: A running Jython script prints German characters incorrectly in the Console view

Error description

• German characters from the output of a Jython script are
  displayed incorrectly in the Console view.
  
  Step to reproduce:
  
  1. File ? New ? Other..., Jython ? Jython Project
  
  2. File ? New ? Other..., Jython ? Jython Script File. Specify a
  file name like profile.jy and press Finish
  
  3. Add a line to the jython script like the following (German
  umlaut o) and save
  print '?'
  4. Within Enterprise Explorer, Select profile.jy, right-click
  Run As ? Administrative Script. Select scripting runtime
  environment WebSphere Application Server v7.0, pick a profile
  name.

  The code page CP1252 is not passed to the JVM that is
  executing the underlying Jython script output.
  

Problem conclusion

• A parameter has been added to the command line to indicate
  the CP1252 code page.  The fix for this issue is included in
  Rational Application Developer v7.5.5.4.
