PM39812: Deleting a physically nested project causes an error stating the resource does not exist

• When deleting projects from the workspace and deleting the files
  on the disk if the parent is deleted before the nested projects
  then the following exception is thrown:

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1- when having a testProject has an internal project called
  TestProject2
  2- Import TestProject2 as existing project 'folder' and deselect
  the copy to workspace button
  3- import TestProject same way
  4- try to delete both projects you will get an error saying:
  
  An exception has been caught while processing the refactoring
  'Delete Resource'
  
  Reason:
  
  Can not delete resource. Resource does not exist
