* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A failure occurs (return code = 8)      *
*                      when either adding a non SCLM member or *
*                      adding a local file to SCLM.            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The failure may occur with customers using non US/English
ebcdic codepages.

Problem conclusion
