PM39399: failure to handle windows refresh response results in access violation and core dump while saving sections

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem
  Customer reports that when saving a module, having performed
  modifications to a sectioned module, they can receive the
  attached diagnostic log and crash dump.
  
  I have not been able to recreate this, though the customer says
  it is not specific to any data or host.
  
  To Reproduce
  The following steps are what I have been given, though they
  don't completely make sense:
  
  1.    Opened the Module A in read only
  2.    In the Module A, navigated to section 3.5.2
  3.    Changed the Module A to Shareable edit mode
  4.    Locked section 3.5.2.1
  5.    Copied Object A and pasted it as Object B, section 3.5.2.2
  6.    Individually copied Object C, D, and E and pasted under
  Object B
  7.    Changed Object B to have new object text value and Object
  attribute value
  8.    File-?Save and Unlock all Sections.

Problem conclusion
