Error description

• One cannot add multiple lines of text in a multiline string
  field using cqtool edit_record command.
  
  Any attempt to do so using the edit_record command casues an
  error like the one below:
  
  ? cqtool edit_record -u admin -p pass -s FirstSchema -d SAMPL -r
  SAMPL00000104 -Description 'line 3' 'line 4'
  Record {0} not found
  (Record line 4 not found )
  
  It works fine for cqtool submit, but it fails for cqtool
  edit_record

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.10 and 8.0.1.3.  The
  ClearQuest cqtool "edit_record" command now allows carriage
  returns to be inserted into multiline text fields.
