PM38930: IF A ATTRIBUTEHIERARCHYDISPLAYFOLDER NAME IS PROVIDED IN MSAS CUBE, UT-DEF-0096 ERROR OCCURS

Error description

• When opening a a specific MSAS 2008 R2 cube in any studio we
  receive the following error:?UT-DEF-0096 Unable to find the
  CreateRelation member.??Through testing, we found that the
  problem only occurs when a name is provided for the
  AttributeHierarchyDisplayFolder property on the MSAS side. We
  have tested this in both 8.4.1 and 10.1 and see the exact same
  issue. ??Please see test case for more details.

• Do not provide a name for "AttributeHierarchyDisplayFolder" for
  a visible dimensions in MSAS
