Error description

  • Content Manager Failing to start with the following
    error:??CM-CFG-5051 Content Manager failed to initialize the
    cache subsystem.  CM-CFG-5050 A content store cache error
    occurred while loading the object data. Cause: CM-SYS-5027 A
    Content Manager internal error occurred while querying the
    content store cache.    Runtime Exception stack trace:
    CM-SYS-5027 A Content Manager internal error occurred while
    querying the content store cache.....??Caused by:
    java.lang.Exception: Cache::Init::/Cache.Init::Duplicate storeID
    

Local fix

  • Backup content store.  Excute SQL command to find duplicate entr
    y and remove it.  SELECT     STOREID, COUNT(STOREID) AS NumOccur
    rences  FROM         CMSTOREIDS  GROUP BY STOREID  HAVING      (
    COUNT(STOREID) > 1)
