PM38215: SLICER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER UPGRADE FROM 8.3 TO 8.4.1

Error description

• After upgrading from Cognos 8.3 to Cognos 8.4.1, the year slicer
  does not work properly. In Cognos 8.4.1, define a data item in
  slicer (eg, 2010, a member of year level), and drill down the
  data item (eg, from 2010 to 01/02/2010). It gives the same
  result in a row.????On the other hand, if run the same design of
  report in Cognos 8.3 with the same cube, it gives different
  results (as expected).????Note: If remove the slicer, 2010, the
  report works as expected. ??
