  Using RHP on Eclipse Platform Integration, here are the steps to
  reproduce the issue:
  
  - Create a package
  - Add a class
  - Add operation to the class
  - Add argument to the operation
  - Invoke the Property window of the argument.
  
  Rhapsody Crashes.
