Error description

Print selected topic option fails in ClearCase and ClearQuest
7.1.2 Information Centers

Attempting to print topics from the IBM Rational ClearCase or
ClearQuest 7.1.2 Information Centers by selecting 'Print
selected topic' or 'Print selected topic and all subtopics'
fails with an error:

'The maximum capacity for active connections to the server has
been reached.  Unfortunately, your print job can not be
completed at this time.  Please try again.'

This issue is not seen in previous versions of the Information
Centers.

WORKAROUND:
If the topic information has not changed since the previous
version, you can print the topics from the 7.1.1 version of the
Information Center.

Contact IBM Rational Client Support if there is an urgent need
to print topics specifically from the 7.1.2 Information Centers.

Local fix

Problem summary

If more than 10 users are connected to the ClearCase and
ClearQuest Information Centers, users cannot print topics using
the Information Center print function.

Problem conclusion

The ClearCase and ClearQuest Information Center configuration
has been updated to support printing.
