PM37379: Drill through chart, the icon in Business Insight when hovering does not show hand pointer

Error description

• Drill through chart, the icon in business insight when hovering
  does not show hand pointer. In report studio, cognos viewer this
  all works ok, only occurs when drill through chart brought into
  Business Insight in a widget. It's still clickable to drill
  through to the target report, but users may not know its
  clickable since icon does not change at all.
