Error description

• To Reproduce
  1. Create a Word 2007 document (has a .docx extension)
  2. Open a DOORS module and use the 'Insert', 'OLE Object...'
  function.
  3. Select 'Create from File', click 'Browse' and locate the Word
  document (.docx) file you created in step 1 and click 'Open'.
  4. Click the 'Display as icon' checkbox.
  5. Click 'OK'.
  6. Double click on the Word icon in DOORS to open up the Word
  document.
  7. Important: Modify the Word document.
  8. Click 'Close and return to DOORS module'.
  9. Click on another object.
  
  Expected Results
  Nothing should happen to the OLE showing the Word icon.
  
  Actual Results
  The Word OLE icon becomes invisible leaving only empty white
  space (about the height of the original icon).
  
  Possible Workarounds
  You have to select OLE object properties and change to display
  as document, apply then change back to display as icon to see
  icon again.

  For unknown reason MS Word Documents (docx) when updated in
  MS Word were loosing their \objdata RTF param in the RTF
  form - which directly lead to disappearing icon.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix reinserts the icon in a similar way its done via
  OLE Object Properties dialog box. The only difference is
  that oleObject-?Update() was already called if needed in
  insertOLEObject, thus it is not called once again at the end
  of this method.
  Icon is reinserted only for MS Word Document and MS Word
  Macro-enabled Document
