Error description
Environment: - Microsoft Windows XP SP1/2 - IBM Rational Software Architect version 8.0.0/8.0.1/8.0.2 Reproducible Y/N: Y Description of problem: If a rose model contains duplicate ids, the Rose model importer of RSA may stop the import with a message saying: Model ?ModelNameAndPath?.mdl could not be loaded An explicit message error should be given to the user so they can understand why the import fails and take the appropriate actions to correct the rose model. Workaround: None

Problem conclusion
Explicit message was missing currently and customer does not know the reason of model import failure. New message has been added if import failure is due to duplicate ids .
