RPT handling of Set-Cookie without Path is different than
    IE's

Problem conclusion

  • In some cases RPT was incorrectly determining the Path when
handling a Set-Cookie header that did not include a Path.
RPT's behavior now matches IE's treatment of these
    Set-Cookies.
