  Manager fails if previous folder name contains an accent (test
  made with "?" and "?")?CM-REQ-4158 ? ?      The search path
  "/content/folder[@name='l]" is invalid. ? ?     Details
  ?CM-REQ-4098 The syntax of the search path is incorrect. The
  search path predicate is invalid because the closing square
  bracket (]) character is missing. ??Publishing to such a folder
  doesnt cause any issues nor creating reports against a package
  located there.
