Reverse engineering window does not appear when user tries
to export a Visual Studio solution to Rhapsody.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect is not reproducible.
However, there is a known limitation that can cause problems
with the Rhapsody-VS integration. To make sure that this is
not the problem, follow these steps to verify that Visual
Studio has only one path to the Rhapsody Addin installation:
    1) Open Visual Studio.
    2) From the menu, select Tools ? Options ? Environment ?
    Add-in/Macros Security.
    3) If this section includes more than one path to the
Rhapsody Addin, remove the extra paths for previous Rhapsody
    installations.
    4) Remove the Rhapsody toolbar: Tools ? Customize ? Toolbar
Tab, select the Rhapsody entry, and click Delete.
    5) Reopen Visual Studio.
Now, the Rhapsody toolbar should be visible again, and the
    integration should work as designed.
