• Word Reports do not accurately depict diagrams created in a
  Hebrew environment.  The name field is missing.
  
  To workaround, edit the items in an English locale and create
  the report there.

Problem conclusion

• Option added to use bitmaps rather than metafiles in report
  output.  This resolves the font issue and also means that
  the new gradient filled diagrams can be seen in the Word
  reports.
