Error description
When running a build in IBM Rational ClearCase 7.1.2.x, you may see a deadman lock timeout. You may also see cleartool.exe crashing on the client system at the same time. This issue occurs when making a baseline during the build. This issue occurs on Microsoft Windows 7. it does not occur on Microsoft Windows Xp? The issue does not occur when making a baseline through the GUI or from command line. it only occurs during a build. The workaround is to make the baselines in a build on Windows XP.
