Error description

• The description of MISRA_15_1_1 rule states that :
  'The assignment-expression of a throw statement shall not itself
  cause an exception to be thrown. '
  
  When the attached code is checked for violations for the
  MISRA_15_1_1 rule, it reports violations at throw statement that
  doesn't cause an exception to be thrown.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) unzip and load the project in Logiscope
  2) Build the project to observe the incorrect violations.
