PM35819: TR0112 THERE ISN'T ENOUGH MEMORY AVAILABLE AT THE END OF CUBE UPDATE OR CREATION

Error description

• A Transformer Model that used to work in version 8.4, on the
  same database and same volume of data, in now unable to complete
  the cube build in version 10.??After 5 hours, it fails at the
  end of the cube update with a TR0112 There isn't enough memory
  available.????A workaround to this issue would be to disable
  MultiProcessing in file cogtr.xml or in a -d option added to
  command-line??but the customer absolutely reject this
  possibility for the following reasons :??- this increases batch
  process time whereas all batches must be processed during the
  night and they are already short in time on that server.??- they
  are afraid that other models suddenly encounter that same
  problem.????Particularities about this model :??- about 1.3
  millions of categories??- datasource is based on one package.
  There are two requests : one structural, one factual.
  

Local fix
