  Event ignored - Instance has no root state
  
  Description:
  
  Rhapsody model throws up an error 'Event ignored - Instance has
  no root state' when executed in Animation mode. If we generate
  an event rather than a triggered operation, there is no issue.
  
  
  It is believed that the state machines that the triggered
  operations are being posted to are in a state in which the event
  will be handled. Even if they weren't, this shouldn't be a
  syntactic or semantic error - the event should simply be ignored
  by the state machine. Admittedly, the return value might be in
  error if the state machine weren't in a state to handle the
  event, but that's a separate issue. The message generated
  ('Event Ignored - Instance has no root state') would be
  appropriate if the event were sent to a class that had no state
  machine, but it doesn't seem appropriate in the situation in the
  example model.
