Rational Synergy Fix Pack 4 (7.1.0.4) for 7.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you are using a Web Mode client on windows the keywords in
  the source file are always updated when you synch the file. Even
  when expand_on_checkin is not set or set to FALSE.
  
  If you are using a Traditional Mode client on windows the
  keywords in the source file are not updated when you synch. And
  they are NOT updated on checkin when expand_on_checkin is not
  set or set to FALSE.
  
  The Web Mode client should NOT update the keywords on a Synch.
  They should only be updated on Checkin if expand_on_checkin is
  set to TRUE.
