In RequisiteWeb, user can not create attribute matrix views
with external project when attribute "Trace to" point to a
    local requirement type.

Problem conclusion

  • Added validations in RequisiteWeb code to display correctly
Requirements in Attribute Matrix Views with Trace-To local
    relationships.
