PM34945: JSR 286 IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY - IGNORING THE URL ENCODING

Error description

  • The JSR 286 Rendering portlet ignores the URL encoding
configuration provided via the "htmlencode" tag attribute and/or
the "cmpnt.htmlEncodeURLs" setting in WCMConfigService when
generating URLs for the URLCmpnt tag.

versions 6.1.5.0, 6.1.5.1, and 6.1.5.2 and also included
in PM39014: Cumulative fix 15 for ILWCM versions 7.0.0.0,
and 7.0.0.1.
