  Unable to set 'Singleton' stereotype for a class using API.
  
  
  Description:

  When we try to set the 'Singleton' stereotype for a class using
  API using the below code:
  
   IRPModelElement SingletonStereotype =
  myApp.activeProject().findAllByName('Singleton', 'Stereotype');
   myEle1.setStereotype((IRPStereotype)SingletonStereotype);
  
  the following error is reported:
  
  Exception in thread 'main'
  com.telelogic.rhapsody.core.RhapsodyRuntimeException: Cannot
  perform operation. Meta class Class is neither equal nor derived
  from meta classes supported by the stereotype.
  
  However, we are able to select the 'Singleton' stereotype for a
  class using the GUI. Also the same API code works fine for
  objects.
