Error description

• The version 7 runtime jar throws the EGL0147E if the maximum
  amount of data we'd pass on a call to CICS is over 32500 bytes
  although the linkage included luwControl = SERVER (The version 6
  runtime jar allows upto 32,659 bytes).

  A Java wrapper generated from version 6, which passes more
  than 32,500 bytes to a CICS program, does not work when used
  with the version 7 runtime jars.  Error EGL0147E is given.
  

Problem conclusion

• The runtime jar now allows up to 32,659 bytes for calls if
  the linkage doesn't include luwControl = SERVER.  When the
  linkage says luwControl = CLIENT, only 32,500 bytes can be
  passed on the call.
