  When saving a document, RequisitePro client for Windows
  checks if the text was modified, ignoring rich text changes.
  For this reason requirements with format changes only will
  not be flagged to be updated in the database.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisitePro has been modified to check if the requirement
  being saved has rich text and update the database with that
  information if needed.
