Error description

• Customer is using a parameterized connection string to connect
  to the xml data source. The string validates and runs in all
  locales on Windows, but does not work in Solaris when a Korean
  value is used in the prompt.  You will get the following error

  occurred while performing operation 'sqlScrollBulkFetch'
  status='-232'.?? ??     Details??UDA-SQL-0528 The XML parser
  returned the following message: "An exception occurred!
  Type:TranscodingException, Message:Unicode char 0xC758 is not
  representable in encoding ISO8859-1".UDA-CUR-0000 Unable to
