PM33738: DATA ITEM IS NOT PASSED VIA DRILL THROUGH AFTER UPGRADE FROM 8.4.1 TO 10.1

Error description

• After an upgrade from 8.4.1 to 10.1 passing data items via drill
  through is failing. The target report will show a prompt page,
  as the target parameters are not filled.??This happens with a
  simple list report (2 columns) from Report Studio to Report
  Studio. Datasource is relational. It is not dependend on the
  datasource as the testcase is based on static values.
