Error description

• RDz 801 SCLM DT IVP (fekfivps) ends with rc=8, even when
  SCLMDT setup is correct

  IVP incorrectly parses return code & gives false failure
  (rc=8) when running fekfivps.
  The TMPDIR environment variable is not catered for in IVP.
  

Problem conclusion

• IVP correctly returns valid return code.
  IVP now caters for TMPDIR environment variable to override
  usage of temporary directory /tmp.
