PM32269: SET EMPTY does not set boolean fields in flex records correctly

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In EGL language, if there is a boolean field in a record, then
  SET EMPTY of that record is expected
  to set that field to false.
  
  However in a flex record, the boolean field is being set to
  true.
  
  In a structured record, the boolean field is being set to false,
  correctly.

  The logic for the flexible record, in the Set Statement
  analyzer, was checking for hex types when initializing with
  low-values, instead of both hex and boolean types.
  

Problem conclusion

• the logic has been changed to check for both types.
