Rational Synergy Fix Pack 3 (7.1.0.3) for 7.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a database is upgraded from 6.5 directly to 7.1.0.2, some
  of the libraries present in:
  
  ?DATABASE_PATH?/lib
  
  differ to a database which is upgraded first to 7.1 and then to
  7.1.0.2.
  
  The libraries that differ are:
  
  csetlib.a
  grpsclib.a
  mflib.a
  ptlib.a
  rmlib.a
  
  The differences between the libraries installed through
  'upgrade' versus 'ccm_patch' are strictly timestamp.
