PM31774: CCM_READONLY field is corrupted when the field's Web Type in the previous state is CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an attribute, such as problem_description, has a Web Type
  of CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT in a state (for example Entered), and a Web
  Type of CCM_READONLY in another state, (for example Assigned),
  the content of the field in the Assigned State is corrupted by
  HTML tags.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. In the Lifecycle Editor, using the default lifecycle
  dev_process, set the Web Type for problem_description to be
  CCM_READONLY in the Assigned state dialog.
  
  2. As a user, submit a CR and enter information in the
  problem_description field. For example:
  
  This is a problem description.
  
  3. Once the CR is in the Entered State, transition it to he
  Assigned state.
  
  Expected Results:
  
  The problem_description field should be displayed as entered in
  a read only field.
  
  Actual Results:
  
  HTML tags appear in the problem_description field.
  
  
  Work around:
  
  Instead of using Web Type of CCM_READONLY, use the radio button
  'Read Only'.
