  IBM Java location picked up by default during installation.
  
  Description:

  Even if IBM Java is not installed, the Rhapsody installation
  picks up a default IBM Java location (C:\Program
  Files\IBM\Java60) and updated specific files (like the bat files
  in 'Sodius/XMI_Toolkit/bin') with the same. Ideally, if Java is
  not installed and a compoment where Java will be used (like XMI
  Toolkit) is being installed, the installer should prompt the
  user to specify the correct location to Java and not install the
  default IBM Java location on its own.
  
  This will save a lot of manual work (of changing the JDKDIR)
  when at a later stage a different falvour of Java (like Sun
  Java) is installed.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in version 7.6. All internal components are now using
  JRE that is installed as part of Rational Rhapsody. A Java
  window appears only when selecting Rational Rhapsody in
  Java.
