PM31574: ZOSBATCH program fails with abend 0C1 if LECOMPLIANT=YES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This problem happens when a Cobol file is generated for ZOSBATCH
  by Rational Business Developer 7.5.1.6 and earlier releases,
  with build descriptor user symparm set to LECOMPLIANT=YES.
  
  The led file generated when LECOMPLIANT=YES is specified is in
  error.
  The module is created without error, but the program fails with
  abend 0C1.
  
  
  For example, the generated file is:
  
   INCLUDE OBJLIB(B9LAPLEC)
   CHANGE ELAAPPL(B9LAPLEC)
   INCLUDE SELALMD(ELARLEMN)
   INCLUDE SELALMD(ELARMAIN)
   INCLUDE SELALMD(ELARSINT)
   ENTRY ELARLEMN
  
  
   NAME B9LAPLEC(R)
  
  To be correct, the INCLUDE SELALMD(ELARMAIN) statement must be
  immediately following the CHANGE statement.

  The link edit deck had the include statement for ELARLEMN in
  the wrong order. It needed to be moved above the CHANGE
  statement, which allows the change statement to work
  correctly against the WXTRN in the ELARMAIN module.
