PM31344: Generating document from RPE template shows different result

Error description

• Please find a Rhapsody model attached and a RPE template and the
  generated documents. The template tests the behavior of
  Recursion Level/Segment.
  On generating the documentation, it seems like sometimes the
  Recursivelevel gets recognized and sometimes not?
  
  Idea of the template was to iterate with different recursive
  levels over the packages and print out their names.
  The behavior is reproducible on generating the document twice or
  thrice on the same template. It generates two different
  documents with same template(sometimes the Recursivelevel gets
  recognized and sometimes not).
