Error description

Columns are incorrectly added to WSAA subsystem tables when
programs are initially scanned in using the Proprietary Scanner.
If programs are initially scanned in using the Enterprise
(compiler-based) scanner, the columns are not incorrectly
added added to the tables in the WSAA subsystem.

Local fix

Use compiler-based enterprise scanner instead.

Problem summary

A correlation name for an unqualified column name on a SELECT
clause of a sub SELECT for a table specification on a SELECT
INTO statement is regarded as a table correlation name. That
results in the column reference (w/ a correlation name) not
being resolved, and was regarded as a real column name.

Problem conclusion

RAA Proprietary scanner code was changed to correctly handle the
 correlation name.
The compiler-based scanners in RAA are not affected by this
defect or this code change.
