• In add entries page for distribution list there is no "Type"
  link.??This is inconsistent with add entries page in other
  places, for example in Permissions, add members etc. and also
  inconsistent to the documentation.??See Administration and
  Security Guide, Page 376 under "Create Distribution Lists and
  Contacts" you will find on page 377 the following:??...??To type
  the name of entries you want to add, click Type and type the
