  a report with a name-changed query.
  
  When trying to run the report:
  The value for property 'display-name' is not in this proxy; it
  has not been set by the client nor requested from the server.
  
  When trying to edit the report:
  The value for property 'stable-location' is not in this proxy;
  it has not been set by the client nor requested from the server.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Use an out-of-the-box sample database.
  2. Rename '/Public Queries/All Defects' to 'All Defects (1)'.
  3. Log on ClearQuest Web and try to edit or running the report
  '/Public Queries/Reports/Defect Detail (All)'.
