Error description

• When using the 'export grid' feature in ClearQuest RCP client,
  the order of the exported data is sorted based on the record ID
  and ignores all other sorting.  In the client for Windows and
  Web client, any sorting done to the query results grid is
  maintained through the export.

Problem conclusion
