PM29875: DISPLAY OF ARABIC CHARACTERS IN CHART WRONG

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Display of some Arabic characters is wrong in charts, correct in
  lists. The attached screenshot c8.jpg shows the difference.??The
  issue cannot be reproduced with C8 installed on Windows XP, only
  on Windows Server 2008 with IIS7.??Also the new charting engine
  in C10 (on Win2008) is correct, the old charting engine used in
  C10 is still wrong - see c10.jpg.??
