PM29866: Uninstall Authorized User License key does not remove license key in nodelock file

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem occurs with the following products:
  IBM Installation Manager 1.4.1 or 1.4.2
  Rational Application Developer 7.5.5.1 or Rational Software
  Architect for Websphere 7.5.5.2
  
  Customer is following the information provided with the wiki
  link below:

  /Uninstall+License+Activation+Kits
  Doing so, the license information is removed from the
  installed.xml and the installRegistry.xml file, but the actual
  license key is not removed from the nodelocked file under:
  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
  Data\IBM\Installation Manager\license\LUM
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Install RAD 7.5.0
  2. Manage license - install the auth license
  3. Run RAD verify license is working
  4. Use the script to uninstall the license mentioned on the wiki
  
  Expected: run RAD and the manage license wizard should appear
  
  Actual: run RAD and it works ok, but the license information is
  removed from installRegistry.xml in C:\Documents and
  Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\Installation Manager
